Unstuck is free during beta and provided as-is while we build it in public. Things may change, break, or move as we learn. Use it on real tasks and tell us what you find.

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Don’t use Unstuck to do anything illegal or to disrupt the service for other people.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are 13 to 17, you may only use Unstuck with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who should read Appendix A. When you create an account you confirm this is true. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it and the information tied to it. A parent or guardian can ask us about, access, or delete a young person’s account by emailing privacy@unstucknow.io.

Nothing is shared unless you share it. When you share a task or a collection with someone, you choose one of three levels, and you can change or revoke it at any time:

• View — they can see the item (its title, details, and first physical action). If you turn on “Show me as in focus”, they also see when you start and finish it.
• Partner — everything in View, and either of you can start or complete the item, including focusing on it together, live.
• Assign — you hand the item off: it becomes their task to do, and you keep View plus updates on their progress.

Someone you share with sees only what that item and level allow — never the rest of your account. Revoking stops future access; it cannot recall what the other person already saw or exported. Only share with people you trust, and only what you are comfortable with them seeing. How shared information is handled is described in section 12 of our Privacy Policy.

Unstuck is a focus and execution tool, not a medical device or a diagnosis. It does not replace care from a qualified professional.

You can stop using Unstuck and delete your account whenever you like. We may end or change the beta, and we’ll give reasonable notice if we do.

If your child is 13 to 17 and wants to use Unstuck, we ask you, as their parent or legal guardian, to acknowledge the following before they create an account:

• You have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including what Unstuck stores (tasks, captures, notes, focus sessions) and how the optional AI Assistant and sharing work.
• You permit your child to create an account and use Unstuck, and you understand the account is theirs — their content is private to them unless they choose to share it.
• You understand Unstuck is a focus and execution tool, not a medical, therapeutic, or educational service, and does not replace care from a qualified professional.
• You may contact privacy@unstucknow.io at any time to ask about, access, or request deletion of your child’s account.

We do not currently verify age or collect the acknowledgement separately; the person creating the account confirms at sign-up that they are 13 or older and, if under 18, that they have this permission.
